WARNING! Do not reserve your hotel room through websites or services offering to book your hotel room for you or claiming to be an official housing vendor. The ICIS/Hilton reservations site is the only official housing link for the 2010 ICIS Biennial Meeting. If you have already booked your room through any of these services, please cancel your room immediately and re-book using our official and secure site.

The early bird registration deadline was February 19, 2010. If you still need to register for ICIS, you must register onsite at onsite rates.

Meal and Membership Policy
Meals and ISIS membership are not included in the registration fees for the XVII Biennial ICIS meeting.

Cancellation Policy:
All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be submitted in writing by February 19, 2010. There is a $30 fee for all cancellations. We regret we cannot honor any requests for cancellation refunds after February 19, 2010. Refunds are processed 3 to 4 weeks after the meeting. Those who do not appear at the meeting, thereby cancelling by default, will not be eligible to receive a refund. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
